Your inputs
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter or import. Do not upload confidential information, customer personal data, passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or API secrets.
Marketplace relationships
MarketPulse is not currently connected to or endorsed by TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces. Their names identify potential data sources only.
Accounts and reports
You may test without an account. Guest results are not retained. Signed-in reports remain available while the account and service are active, subject to deletion and technical availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use MarketPulse to violate marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws, or to attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change, pause, or discontinue during development. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without warranties. You remain responsible for purchasing, sourcing, advertising, compliance, and launch decisions.
